The worst part is the commercial property that can give you good yields are having out of budget prices. They are simply unaffordable.

Flats are not for investements those days are gone buy it for necessity and if you got one then u r done..!! Only fools can buy it for investements…
There is this trend of oversimplification by taking in terms of percentage.. for example rental yield of 3% but on what, the appreciated value of the house right.. So, typically in 7 years your emi will equate to rental income, post that you earn monthly profit which also steps up by 5-10% every year.. when people stop talking in numbers and just talk in percentage they tend to misanalyze

He can't be more wrong. He conveniently missed asset appreciation, rent increment, relatively less capital gain tax (zero if hain is taken in cash). Most important, commercial property main loan NAHI milta😢

It is better to live in your own house by paying emi than moving here and there on rent basis… Renting will save you money but on the other hand house prices also increase.
The question remains to enjoy life, thinking about all these things, the man buys a house… There is nothing more happy than being yourself.
