   All things you can find at a goodwill, salvation army, or other secondhand furniture stores for pennies on the dollar.
   But time and time again we're shown how conditioned people are to getting new things.

14. I have had a credit card since before the Visa name existed (it was know as BankAmericard prior to 1976) And in all those decades, no credit card has EVER made a penny on me. I now hold two cards, one for personal, and one for my business account, and EVERY month, the Current Balance (no the statement balance) is paid, and I will get between $1,000, and $2,000 cash back every year on my personal card. And over $2,000 cash back on my business card. Make cash back work for you. Credit cards are money in the bank (no pun intended) if you don't fall down the well of overspending and not paying the full balance EVERY month.

15. I worked for a moving company for a while. Pretty shady industry. Even if you get the insurance good luck getting what your broken stuff was actually worth.
