20 pensiero su “Caleb Hammer Gets Triggered At $250,000 Student Loan Debt! #finsubito agevolazioni”
  1. Sounds like it was a loan through Discovery or another private firm. Those likely could be discharged through bankruptcy but then your saying you have no money and that can cause its own problems.

  2. My advice, take out a small 20k loan anyway you can to buy something with extreme reflexivity like Fartcoin, if it blows up whats 20k on top of the 250k if it goes 10-15x (which it very well could) your golden.

  3. Imagine a society that tricks its youth into signing crippling financial agreements and then wonders why its populace has reduced spending power.

  4. Right..too naive to sign take on loans but not to enlist in military to do die in a war or to buy a gun. In the age of information you'd have to be purposefully ignorant to not know what you're signing

  5. I was lucky enough to play soccer in college and have that cover most of my tuition. I had to work my tail end off to pay for housing on top of whatever tuition remained. Never took a lone. Graduated with 0 debt. The only government assistance I received were grants through FAFSA.
Going to college is something all parents want their kids to do, but the investment it is needs to be considered more. Many of my friends are still in debt over 20 years later

  6. My daughter received six full ride scholarships in California. Two out of state partial scholarships. She had her heart set at Williamette university in Oregon, private school. In my research of the school I started reading reviews and one in particular of a father who was angry because his daughter was now over $200 K in student loan debt! Oh hell no! I was not going to let my daughter get into debt for a bachelors degree! Law school yes, I understand but not an under grad degree! I said, pick a school you’re not going and that’s all I am going to say! She cried and hated me for a few weeks but she ended up choosing UC Irvine and she loved it! She graduated in 2021 with honors double major. She’s currently working in a law firm and studying to take the LSAT in the coming year. She took a break and wanted to work which is fine. She had less than $8K in total debt which is great! A full ride has fees and other expenses but for the most part she was covered which I am thankful to her she worked hard to earn it! I feel bad for all these kids going to college with absolutely no knowledge of how to manage their finances and loans It’s very sad

  7. My fear is that this practice will spread to VA business loans, HUD/FHA loans and USDA farm loans. Loan forgiveness is not the answer, it's LENDING REFORM for government backed loans given by private lenders

  8. When I became 100% disabled it was twice as hard to get rid of my student loan debt than it was to get my disability which was hard enough

  9. It should be called usury and there used to be laws that kept this kind of lending reasonable. Now, we're basically forcing people into servitude because they want an education. It's financial slavery.

  10. Yet I’m fixing to go through an online college for free through my work, sad to say but rather than pay it’s best to work somewhere shitty put up with if it means free college
