I'm sure OP would've been fine doing that stuff if his parents werent so rude about it.
If He's got enough money to take you to court then he's got enough to pay for his rent.

Just give the money back giftor no gift
hey wann holst du mich AB nein warum nicht
If they had enough money to ‘gift’ you $20K, didn’t they have at lot more than that in savings?!
Im confused. They could afford a $20k gift but are homeless as soon as Dad gets laid off. Wouldn't they have their house paid off to have that kind of excess money. "Back on their feet". They have the wherewithal to help son but not have a rainy day funds.
❤❤
Love the vids hope u get to 100k subs very soon (I subbed 😊)
This is what we call indian gifting…
Gift is not a loan. A loan is a legal contract memorialized in paperwork both agreed to and signed.
If parents are staying with OP they need to behave appropriately.
take them to court and counter sue them.
😂😂
this is all about control.
Yeah, I'm in a similar situation, my mom needs to move into my place, i paid for it outright, nothing from her is invested, gift or loan in this place, but she offered to finish the basement in order to move in, but expects half my fuckin house, now the problem here is that not only that but i live really rural, and she has medical problems, if she has a medical emergency, barring a life flight chopper landing on the front yard, she is dying here. Plus its 35 miles each way to the pharmacy, and im not a taxi service, all around it feels like a bad deal for me, but i also dont want her homeless.
Let him take you to Court. He can't prove it and he'll have to pay legal fees and you can get a "No Contact" order. They can live under a bridge.
❤😂😂
Let him take ya to court! I’m sure the judge would love the waste of his time and I’m sure your father, Mr.out of the job/house, would love the legal fees.
OP shouldn't let them stay at all…
They are already making demands…
Take them to court and go NO Contact with any/all of the family.
The parents came at the son wrong. They should have called and simply said they needed help. They should also understand that the son has a private life. It's sad they fallen financially, but to ask for the money back is nasty.
Tbf, if the father had simply asked nicely, OP probably would have welcomed them
Restraining order? Cameras? And maybe police in case they break in!
