    True story time — November 4th I put in a work order because my furnace wasn't working. Three in-person reports, three phone calls, three emails including a second work order. Called again yesterday finally they send maintenance.

    Guess what ? When they inspected the whole complexs furnaces some fool turned OFF my furnace and never turned it back ON. It took until yesterday November 21st to get this fixed!!!!!

    And, FWIW I live in Michigan. SMDH
