28 pensiero su “Poor VS RICH Mindset #shorts #finance #finsubito agevolazioni”
  1. Retire 10 years early lol, you must be saving so much money you hardly lived. The #1 retirement cost is healthcare and that’s not something you can just ‘save enough money for’

  2. I did buy some Jordans that were on sale but they are my show shoes and I keep a pair that's a few years old but still fit me for work soooo im good right?

  3. There is actually nothing wrong with buying a new car, but if you do, you want to pay it off as soon as possible, then drive it until you cant anymore. Rich people always ay its a depreciating asset but its an asset that you can have for 5 or 6 years without having to worry about with just general maintenance unlike buying a car thats 5 years old already and having to worry about how it was maintained by the last person who already owned it

  4. Dude really oversimplified the car situation on used vs new
….and I mean oversimplified into a sense of being almost wrong given the current market. The only saving grace was the "paying cash" but what audience is he targeting as most people can't afford to do such a thing. Overall. One of my least favorite videos by this guy by far.

  5. This is so dumb lol. Cant americans do basic mathematics? Also, some luxury items are worth it. You dont want to live off of trash products. It will destroy you.

  6. … so this is just kinda a misinformed bs propaganda, that poor people are just terrible with money who recklessly spend.

You need surplus income to invest.

If ur living paycheque to paycheque, and still living below ur means, it doesn’t mean ur bad with money.

Shit is expensive EVERYWHERE, and ur dollars don’t move as far as they used too. That’s reality.

  7. I did this! I came into some money, had a mechanic friend go shopping with me, set my price and wouldn't budge. The salesman pushed to run my credit and upgrade. But paying 17K cash for a used Jeep was a great feeling!
    A few additional suggestions:
Keep records of where you get the cash from. The IRS is triggered by large cash purchases. And a dealership will have you sign an affidavit stating that you understand this.
Second, it's good to put savings away for your next large purchase even if you intend to put the purchase off for several years. I love my Jeep, but monthly I save $300 for vehicle expenses. From that I pay insurance and repairs (gas is on weekly budget line). I have been lucky to keep expenses low, so every 6 months after insurance is paid, I pull the extra money into cash for my next vehicle.
And if you can't save enough to pay off a vehicle, a large cash down-payment is helpful and financial smart, too.

    Jeep! Jeep!

  8. Buy a new car because used cars can cost a lot in maintenance but pay cash and only buy what u can afford for eg if its only 25k u can afford buy that

  9. That's not rich and poor comparesment, that's an irresponsible guy vs a guy who don't live the life today. Just in between is the best

  10. You didn't save for retirement… wait I thought the government was taking money from me for retirement because I was so responsible… sorry we spent all that…

  11. I get the door dash thing. Such a waste of money, but buying shoes more than once every 5 years and having multiple tote bags? Miss me with that. If the goal of life is having all the money then yes 👍. I’ve watched many interviews of multi-millionaires whose main regret was working and saving all day every day until they were in their 50’s. You can’t buy back time or youth. I won’t hate ppl who disagree with that myself, but I think you should enjoy youth and save for your future. Life isn’t black and white y’all. Being rich and old isn’t as fun as being young and enjoying youth.
